You need one W-3 form to summarize all paper W-2 Copy A forms for a single company (EIN). If you need more than the (3) free laser transmittal forms that come with your W-2 kits, you can order this single pack for 10 extra forms. All our laser forms are made from premium laser paper to run smoothly and prevent jamming and are compatible with the Autosoft DMS.
